Supported Living
Team Motivate provides full-time/part-time Supported Living Service and high quality accommodation through housing associations if requited within the community, for vulnerable people and people with mild to complex needs.
Our service is staffed 24 hrs and support is offered around, housing and tenancy management, daily living skills, social inclusion, leisure activities, enablement, and integration into the community.
