  • Foster good open communication with service users, their families, professionals, and commissioners

  • Provide trained dedicated staff to establish continuity and reliability of support to directly enhance the quality service

  • Create an inclusive, life-enhancing environment that values and protects service users’ rights to privacy, dignity, respect, independence, choice, kindness, and fulfilment.

  • Community Inclusion

  • To ensure Services are suitable, equipped, and able to meet the needs of prospective services users by way of the assessment process.

  • To ensure that Services are of high quality, and safe taking into consideration the needs of individuals who may live in them as well as the staff who work with them.

  • To ensure that Care Services offer service users an individual care package that is appropriate to the sex, age, religious and cultural identity of each service user.

  • To ensure all our service provisions are always seeking to exceed the Essential

  • Standards of Quality and Safety as set out in the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010 and the Care Quality Commission (Regulations) 2009.

  • To work with social housing landlords and private landlords to support people requiring accommodation ensuring the environment is safe, furnished to a high standard, decorated simply for easy cleaning, and meets the local and national housing legislation. Offering a homely, safe setting which provides, both, privacy, and indoor/outdoor communal areas for social interaction.
